The Library Quilt: A Winter Reading Challenge for Adults

December 2018 to March 2019

Reading is the perfect activity for the winter months, when, thanks to the chilly, snowy weather, we often find ourselves spending lots of time inside, sipping hot drinks, donning cozy socks and tending the wood stove. So, make that reading count…and join the Library Quilt Reading Challenge! Pick up a “Quilt Square” at the library and track your winter reading.

Then, on Wednesday March 20, the first day of spring, the Library will host a chocolate fondue party from 6:30–8:30 p.m. for all the Library Quilt participants where we can share with friends and neighbors all the books that kept us company through the cold winter.

For more information, drop by the library anytime and ask about the Library Quilt Winter Reading Challenge!

Library Exhibit: Model Trains

Peter Corens lends us his model trains for the month of December!
